DIGITAL TOOLS * HUMAN TOUCH
Meet Sladjana Cetin, graphic designer and founder of TACKA STUDIO Amsterdam, specialising in brand identity, editorial design, illustration, and visual communication for companies and organisations that offer products and services to active adults aged 45–75.
ABOUT TACKA STUDIO
My name is Sladjana Cetin, a graphic designer and the founder of TACKA STUDIO in Amsterdam.
TACKA STUDIO creates brand identities, editorial design, illustration and visual communication for cultural and social-impact organisations, publishers and businesses.
I work on visual identities, publications, campaigns and graphic elements for both print and digital communication.
DESIGNING FOR AN EXPERIENCED GENERATION
An important focus of my work is communication for active adults aged 45–75.
This is a diverse, active and engaged audience with decades of experience, developed visual taste and ambitions for the future. Yet they are still too often addressed through communication that feels outdated, artificially youthful or based on limiting stereotypes about age.
I see an opportunity to change that.
I am not only a graphic designer working for this audience; I also belong to this generation. I understand its perspective from within—its lifestyle, experience, expectations and relationship with visual culture.
BETWEEN ANALOGUE AND DIGITAL
My generation has experienced the transition from an analogue, print-based world to everyday digital communication.
We understand the value of carefully designed printed materials, but we also use digital platforms, services and technology. This perspective allows me to create a meaningful bridge between analogue experience and contemporary digital expectations.
I help organisations translate their message into communication that feels relevant, clear and respectful.
My approach combines typography, visual hierarchy, thoughtful imagery, readability and a consistent visual language. The aim is not to label people by age, but to create communication in which they recognise themselves and feel taken seriously.
DESIGN WITH PURPOSE
I believe that good design should do more than look attractive.
It should make information easier to understand, strengthen recognition and trust, and help an organisation build a meaningful connection with its audience.
Every project begins with careful listening and a clear understanding of the content, audience and communication goals.
From Amsterdam, I work directly with clients in the Netherlands and internationally, guiding each project from the first conversation and initial concept to the final print-ready or digital files.
